Caring to be the Best!

At this time our enrollment at both the Preschool and Seedling Center sites is limited to 4 or 5 day options only.  Call for availability. 

Treehouse (school age) and Clubhouse (4k) programs have part time availability. 

An annual registration fee ($50) is to be paid upon enrollment as well as a 1 week deposit.  The deposit is applied to your account and will be applied to your child’s last weeks tuition at the center when you disenroll your child; provided 2 weeks notice has been given. 

We strongly encourage all families to tour the center prior to the first day of attendance.  If there is no opening for your child, we will put the child on a waiting list.  If you are called for an opening and we do not hear back within 1 week, we will assume you no longer need care and will purge your name from the list.

When your child is accepted, a confirmation packet will be given to you.  All forms must be completed and turned in to the office by the Wednesday prior to the Monday start.  Call our main office site for an enrollment packet and a tour 262-673-0161.

Forms are required by the State of Wisconsin and most can be obtained on the Department of Children and Families website.
