Sycamore Tree Child Care is a non-profit organization under the leadership of a Board of Directors.

Meet the Director of Sycamore Tree, Beverly.

Beverly, the Administrative Team and the Board of Directors work in tandem to ensure Sycamore Tree strives to enhance the social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth in all the young children.

DirectorBeverlyThe Sycamore Tree Child Care Director, Mrs. Beverly Zukowski, is responsible for every aspect of the early care and education program. She and her administrative team are responsible for the day-to-day details, and a need to communicate and collaborate at every level with clarity and precision.

The director’s role is multi-faceted, ranging from basic sanitation to educational, fiscal, and legal responsibilities with far-reaching implications.

Beverly is a Director who is dedicated, insightful, committed, and educated. She brings a wealth of child care experience to the table.

Training of Employees

We believe that the teaching team is the cornerstone for implementing our philosophy at Sycamore Tree Childcare Center. Members of the team are carefully selected, trained and evaluated. All teachers are qualified according to the Wisconsin Day Care Licensing Rules and Regulations.

Teachers are hired who are nurturing  encourage the development of each child, and who possess the ability to provide age appropriate learning environments.

Training of employees is done on a continual basis for all teachers and staff. Our Director, Beverly observes teachers and provides feedback to them to ensure the competence of each staff member.

We support the professional development of our staff and provide a tuition reimbursement program.

Employees of the Sycamore Tree are required to obtain continuing education hours each year. Part time employees must receive 15 hours and full time employees must receive 25 hours of continuing education per year to maintain licensing requirements.

Sycamore Tree closes two days each year to provide specific training for our teachers on topics of relevance which are tailored to the specific needs of our staff.
